How to properly use smudge sticks:

• Open a window or door to allow energy and smoke to leave the space.

• Light your sage, palo santo, or herb bundle until it begins to smoke.

• Gently blow out the flame, allowing the herbs to smolder.

• Move through each room, guiding the smoke into corners, doorways, and around windows.

• Set a positive intention or say positive words while smudging.

• When finished, safely extinguish the bundle by stamping it out in a fireproof dish, and save the rest for later.
