We started The Perkiomen Trading Post with the idea of creating a curated collective of well designed sustainable goods for the home, to offer to our community.
We support creators, makers, and artists whose products and practices align with our own. We show and sell their work alongside other makers and brands, to create one cohesive collection.
We also offer a curated collection of used and vintage finds sourced from around the Perkiomen Valley, as well as renewably sourced home products, to help make environmentally friendly alternatives more accessible to our community.

SUSTAINABILITY
Our shop is located in beautiful Skippack Village, Pennsylvania, and keeping it green and beautiful is at the forefront of everything we do.
We eliminate the use of single use plastics in our shop as much as possible and support brands who do the same. We also offer green consumer alternatives to our customers with our liquid soap filling station and our renewably sourced home goods & home products.

We offer a variety of kitchen products from sustainable olivewood cooking utensils and canisters to all of your natural dish washing product needs including sponges, pot scrubbers, dish soap blocks, and more.
LIQUID SAOP FILLING STATION
Eliminate plastic waste and bring in your own clean soap pumps and bottles from home to refill your hand soaps, dish soaps, and multi purpose cleaners. We offer all natural toxin free Rustic Strength products in a variety of scents inspired by nature.

Made with 100% all natural ingredients, using essential oils in scents that range from earthy, floral, herbaceous, and citrusy, our handmade bar soaps are a great way to eliminate preservatives and other manmade chemicals from your skin!

We always have a variety of locally grown, relatively low maintenance house plants that are all potted and ready to find their new homes! You'll also find house plant accessories such as plant food and plant misters.

Both beautiful and sustainable, our Sundream blankets are made of 100% reclaimed fibers and are perfect as a home throw or an outdoor picnic blanket. They get softer and softer each time you wash them!

We may not have much room for furniture in our cozy little Trading Post, but we do try to offer some small vintage furniture pieces for sale when we can, ranging from tables and chairs to rugs and lamps.
